TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all amendments, cancellations and date changes for all cake orders. No Exceptions. 

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your order with 48 hours+ notice, the full amount will be stored in credit to use within 6 months of the original order date. If you cancel within the 48 hour notice period, no refund will be given. 

Date change

If you choose to change the date (availability pending), the order will remain the same and be made on the new date. 

Amendments 

If the change requires an increase in price, the customer is required to pay the difference immediately to confirm. If it is a decrease in price, the remaining will be kept in store credit to use within 6 months of the order date. 

If I become unable to work due to unforeseen circumstances, I will give you as much notice as possible and you will be given the option for a full refund, to rebook your cake for a date in the future or to keep the full amount in credit to use within 6 months from your original order date.

I take great pride in the quality of my work, if you are unhappy with your cake for any reason, please email hello@neatcakes.co.nz with a description and photos if possible.
